Today California has unveiled new energy efficiency standards for televisions. If you did not already know, televisions are one of the largest energy suckers in your home.
Now they do have ENERGY STAR® televisions on the market nationally. But this announcement states that as of 2013 standards for new televisions energy efficiency will tighten even further yielding an average energy reduction of 49 percent! Read more…
