Did you know that there are certain foods that you can eat to speed up your metabolism? Well according to this article that I found on Yahoo “the food that you eat makes up 5 to 10 percent of your metabolic rate.” Most foods that speed up your metabolism are:
• Vegetables – spinach, broccoli, carrots, asparagus and more.
• Fruits – blueberries, melons, apples, citrus fruits and tomatoes. Now it is true that all fruits are good for you but try and eat more of the fruits listed. Read more…
