So I love going to the beach. It is probably one of my favorite places to go to, after all I was born in Santa Cruz. I love body-surfing, diving under the waves, going exploring on nearby rocks to see if I can find sea urchins, star fish or any other cool sea creatures. So it makes me sad to say that we have a list of America’s most polluted beaches. Read more…

When I was a kid growing up we had 2 choices; Brown bag or the metal Charlie Brown lunch box and the ones with the brown bags were the “poor kids”. The good ol’ Charlie brown had a flip lid with a simple metal latch and one big compartment. If that latch broke or came unlatched for some reason the entire contents of your lunch would end up lying on the ground with your yellow and white Snoopy Thermos rolling down the gutter. Read more…
